I am a man blessed with the ability to help people achieve the health and shape the deserve through fitness training, and this is something that I take great pleasure in doing. Enabling people to achieve their goals, and more importantly, helping people to realise they already have the potential to get to where they need to be, is one of the most rewarding experiences that life can offer. I am a caring and passionate person and helping people succeed means everything to me.
With regard to fitness training, I will work for you, providing my expertise and insight to motivate you, to show you that your true potential is much greater that you ever imagined, and to ultimately help you transform yourself into the person you want to be. Whether you wish to slim up or gain muscle mass, it would be my pleasure to accommodate you and, through hard work and perseverance, and through professionalism and dedication on my part, bring you the health and happiness that comes from taking the first step of initiative and facilitating welcomed change.
My approach to fitness coaching is both a professional and ethical one, where my clients progress, safety and satisfaction are paramount to me. I prescribe the most effective routines to necessitate maximum results and dedicate myself to helping my clients achieve their aspirations with the level of commitment I would devote to my own training. I have found, through years of experience, that many people are motivated in different ways, and for this reason my approach to coaching is an intuitive one. It is my job to discover how best to motivate a client and this is a job that I do well. It can be hard to muster up the passion to train some days and I have experienced this myself, which is why I can help you stay on track and continue your journey towards improved body and mind.
My fitness coaching sessions will come in the form of comprehensive and personalised information, based solely on your fitness and health goals, and will be sent to you weekly for a period of two months. It's never too late to take the first step toward achieving the health and figure you deserve and I want to be the man to help you make great progress. Included in the course will be a detailed exercise regime designed to give you the greatest opportunity to change for the better. I can also advise on nutrition and supplementation.
I can work with almost all schedules no matter how time restricted they are and it is my aim to show you that determination and dedication can take you to places you never thought possible. I will be specifically available several times a week to answer any questions you may have, whether they be motivation or health related, but will endeavour to respond to all your queries as soon as possible, if outside my working hours.

I have been effectively training people professionally for eight years now. During this time I have met some truly amazing characters and although it is my job to inspire and bring out the best in people, I have found myself being inspired by people's drive and determination time and time again. The mind is a powerful tool and I discovered long ago that applying the power of the mind to transform the body is a wonderful and rewarding thing.
I, myself, train with passion and I have always brought this passion with me when training other people too. A healthy body truly facilitates a healthy mind and I try to always keep this in my thoughts, during both day to day life and when working with a client.
