As with many simple principles, I use GROW model to deal with my clients. The GROW model (or process) is a simple method for goal setting and problem solving. 

The Goal is the end point, where the client wants to be. The goal has to be defined in such a way that it is very clear to the client when they have achieved it.

The Current Reality is where the client is now. What are the issues, the challenges, how far are they away from their goal?

There will be Obstacles stopping the client getting from where they are now to where they want to go. If there were no Obstacles the client would already have reached their goal. And Options to move forward.

The Options then need to be converted into action steps which will take the client to their goal. These are the Way Forward.

Recreating and Development” is our watchword and basically that’s what we do. We recreate people to GREAT personalities through our Life Coaching Program, and we facilitates development by facilitating our on – the job soft skills. This could be achieved with a one on one coaching sessions, which can be done in person or through mediums like phone & e mail.

Our on line coaching is strictly on line, nothing is done in person, the client have a schedule given by the coach to follow, feedback are communicated online

The fee is for coaching activities for 6 weeks. A client can pay upfront or pay in two parts. Some may need more than 6 weeks for coaching support, then subsequent subscription will be 30% off the usual payment.
