About me

I am a therapeutic life coach. As an empath, I am able to connect with my clients intuitively by sensing the unspoken and work with shadow at a very deep level. I never shy away from the shadows, I will listen and work with you to gain release and freedom. I will work with you to create a pathway to your success, whatever that success may look like for you. I am your guide. You will explore life-changing solutions with me in making real and lasting transformation.

I am the only qualified life coach in South East Asia with the designation “Masters Masteries Coach” (MMC) which is the highest level of certification by The International Association of Coaching. For nearly 20 years, I have been coaching people from all walks of life, including:

- Parents who struggle in relationships with their teenage children
- Single men & women affected by loneliness and lack of self-esteem
- Managers & Supervisors overwhelmed at work and suffer from stress
- CEO's, Directors & Executives in high level competitive working environments
- Anyone with relationship issues needing direction
- People dealing with life transition and struggling to adapt to new environments or cultures
- People who suffer from grief, depression or who are in crisis
- People who have suffered abuse in their past and are still suffering in the present
- Anyone in the minority community including LGBT

I also run supervision service for coaches. As an experienced trainer and supervisor of coaches, I work with coaches to develop their practice to move through challenges & blocks they have with clients. All coaches need to be in a supervisory relationship with an experienced coach.

What people say…

“With Graham’s excellent coaching ability helping me get to the root of my issues I have literally let go of the darkest shadows that have defined me my whole life. This is quite incredible to me because in all my adult life I have attempted many times to rid myself of these dark shadows through therapy, reading, seminars, workshops and other forms of help, this ‘re-birth’ has only happened through his coaching. Graham was totally committed, caring and skilled.” (Entrepreneur, Career Woman and Single Mother, Singapore)

“Graham helped me to rediscover my strengths, deal with my weaknesses, making me realise that some of what I saw as weaknesses were actually strengths. He made a real difference for me during my time in Malaysia, and now, 3 months into my next “adventure” in Costa Rica, his work with me is still making a difference.” (Jannie U, Expat Wife, Malaysia)

“This experience has given me positive results in my ability to become more fully self-expressed, have greater clarity, and discernment, which is helping me to evolve, be in alignment with my values and true essence.” (Maria D, Insurance Consultant, Miami, Florida, USA)

“Graham provided the appropriate support as the coaching progressed. This ranged from tools to help provide clarity, perspective and relieve night-time worries, through to enabling self-awareness and ultimately self-management of behaviour drivers. I heartily recommend Graham." (Peter T, Head of Supply Chain Advancement, UK)
Confidentiality- All of our interactions (conversations, emails, forms etc) will remain strictly confidential, meaning that I will not share any information provided by you with anyone without your express consent.

Non-Judgmental Attitude- I am not here to judge “right” or “wrong”. My position is to coach the “real you” to get the life you say you want. As there may be times when you will share information that may make you vulnerable, I assure you that I will treat your choices and actions (past, present or future) with respect.

My Coaching Style- I am a therapeutic coach, I am qualified to work at depth, I am highly intuitive and empathic. I will challenge you, this will interrupt your 'business as usual'. As different Coaches have different styles, I’d like you to know how I coach, what I expect of my clients and what my clients can expect of me.

My clients are all very special- I enjoy each of my clients. They are all growing and on their own individual journeys of self awareness, self realisation and development. I respect that each person is different and that we are working together to enhance their personal and professional lives.

I expect you to do your best- If you aren’t doing your best, I’ll ask you to. If you are unable to at the moment, I will support you to feel heard, loved and helped to get back on track.

I make direct requests- You may accept the request, offer another solution, or say no. When you say something that isn’t clear to me, I’ll ask you to elaborate.

I don’t miss much- When I hear a strange tone in your voice, or if you say something I just don’t understand. I’ll ask you to explain. This will just be an invitation to look at something more closely; you can choose to say no.

I give advice- If you’re open to it, I’ll make specific suggestions on how to handle a problem or make the most of an opportunity. I invite you to use the best of what I say and use your own judgement.

I give homework- Depending on the situation, I may give simple homework via worksheets or sometimes it may involve more time, effort, and thought, such as: come up with 3 goals, actions or breakthroughs to have between this call / session and the next one. If it is too much, say so. If you want more, just ask.

I expect you to use me, not depend on me- As your coach, I am a resource and presence for you to use to your best advantage. I have an almost unlimited amount of love, compassion, forgiveness and strength for you and I have at my fingertips numerous key distinctions, principles, tools, maps and models which will increase your success and add to the quality of your life. I ask that my clients use me as this resource, rather than be in a position of needing me in a dependent way.

I am here for you- If you have a personal problem, are upset about something, or just starting to realise something big and can’t wait to share a breakthrough, email or WhatsApp me, any time.

Please feel free to visit my shop to see the details of my offerings.

I recommend a minimum of 6 one hour sessions to start with. Then we will review and see if you would like to continue. Most of my clients work with me for 12 sessions, many for 18 and some ongoingly. This will be face to face session where you come to see me or Skype sessions.
This will be the same as the above 'Private Coaching' but will be using Skype, or any internet based communication software.

I currently work with clients in the UK, US, Europe and Asia.

Experience, Certifications and Training

  • Certified Thought Field Therapist (Callahan Techniques Ltd & Thought Field Therapy Training Centre, US)
  • MA in Applied Psychosynthesis Psychology (Middlesex University, UK)
  • Master Masteries Coach (MMC) Professional Designation with the International Association of Coaching
  • Certified Counsellor (University of Hertfordshire)
  • Practitioner qualification in Lumina Spark & Lumina Leader / 360 Psychometric Profiling, Training & Coaching
  • Diploma in Applied Psychosynthesis (Institute of Psychosynthesis, UK)
During the progression of my career I found it necessary, and important, to ground my work as a trainer and coach in a psychological and theoretical framework and, therefore, chose an MA programme in Psychosynthesis Psychology which complements, supports and enhances my work.

It took me over six years to complete the part time programme and go on to graduate in 2003. It was a journey of highs and lows, it was a journey of the soul. It was both personally and spiritually enriching. I developed a deep empathic connection with my fellow human beings as I travelled on this humanistic and transpersonal adventure.

My coaching qualification took me over 4 years and I am now honoured to be a Master Coach (MMC) with the International Association of Coaching (IAC).

I am privileged to have worked with many people from many communities with varied and diverse backgrounds. I am happy to have been able to contribute to the transformation of others and walk with them in their shadows, as they move towards self-realisation, develop self-esteem, confidence and achieve the goals they create for themselves.

Prior to becoming self-employed I worked for the national charity Youth at Risk (now Grit: breakthrough programmes) as a Senior Trainer / Coach and Operations Manager. I was responsible for the development, implementation & delivery of ‘New Deal’ personal development ‘Coaching for Employment’ programmes for Knowsley Borough Council, Liverpool City Council and the ‘Deal Me In’ programme for City of Edinburgh Council.

This involved working with chronically unemployed people starting with a 4-day workshop and continuing with a 6-month follow up course. I was part of a team that gained three National Awards for the above. The programme now has over 1,850 graduates.

I was also a consultant on the Youth at Risk ‘Coaching for Community’ programmes all over England, as well as Belfast, Holland and Sweden. These are designed to give young people at risk from crime, drugs and broken homes a chance to confront their lives, rebuild relationships and commit to change. As a consultant, I supported and advised on the complete 11-month process and have coached / trained over 2000 volunteers and 500 young people (participants).
