About me
I am a mom of three nearly grown children. As you can imagine, my life has been hectic and very busy. Over the years I experienced extreme fatique, headeaches and depression. In answer to this, my doctor said, "if I had 3 small children I would be tired all the time and have a headache every day, too." This was not helpful at all. So, I began a journey to finding my own health. I discovered that proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle are at the root of everything. I decided to become a health coach to help other people find their path to better health and a fuller life.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health†that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

RESULTS & GOALS
I help my clients achieve wellness in the way they define it. This can mean losing weight, gaining more energy, eliminating annoying symptoms, or finding balance in their lives. This is achieved by making a gradual transition to a cleaner diet and adding in exercise in a manageable and enjoyable way. We also spend time working on the things that feed our soul since stress can be a major contributor to illness and disease. So, we talk about relationships, career, spirituality and self-care--all important components to the healing process.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I coach by letting the client lead. Her goals and concerns guide the path of our sessions. But, we don't just talk about diet. I take a holistic approach to health where every aspect of a persons life is important in the healing journey. This means that each person's path to wellness is different.
