My name is Hope Springs. I am almost 40yrs old and I am married with 3 living children and 1 in heaven. At the age of 28 I became pregnant with our 3rd child, a daughter, we named Addison Marie. Through a series of health events I carried her full term and was unable to continue to carry her and I delivered her still at 26 weeks. My husband and I had never experienced a loss like this and was unsure of how to cope, knowing we had to come home to our 6yr old and 13yr old we were devasted. We never had the support of therapists or drs for bereavement. I struggled for many years and developed PTSD. In 2012 I was blessed to deliver a healthy baby girl named Grace, by the Grace of God, and made it my mission from that point I would help others who went through what we went through. I began Addison Foundation in 2019 to honor our daughter. Finally in 2021 I was honored to take Dora's Coaching certification class- From Grief to Gratitude Certified Coaching program! I am honored to say I am certified and have already began my journey of healing and helping others throughout my city. I hope that I will be able to help you or your family too!
My Goal for my clients is to help give them the tools they need to help understand grief and how to help move forward.
I like to listen intently, understand what my client is saying and then go over feelings, emotions, and actions based on how they feel and where they feel. I also like to go through scenarios that my client feels comfortable with that helps them to heal.

I have a degree in Business Management from Hillsborough Community College. My husband and I own a dog training company locally that offers Service Dog Training and I am a Certified Dog Trainer as well. I have a certification in CBD by Alternate Medical.
I have struggled with grief my whole life. As an adult I didn't lose anyone so it was significantly harder when I was a Mom to lose a child. No one should suffer alone and I hope that I can provide an outlet for someone who needs it.
Fees: from $50 USD
One on one Virtual is $50 for the 30min and up
Group Grief Coaching is $100 for 30min and up
Family Grief Coaching is $150 for 1 hour and up
Public Speaking Varies in price based on location and how long
