As a Certified Life Coach and I specialize in career and personal development. Coaching is more than profession for me - it is part of my own growth. It allows continuous learning whether I'm a coach or a client. Coaching is an opportunity to relate truthfully and be genuine with oneself. It is a breathing space for gaining clarity, direction, and a deeper understanding.
In my sessions I always aim to create the safe space conducive to learning. At times I challenge clients and encourage them to take a deeper look within.
In coaching we will work together to:
- Experience what is and fully accept the situation.
- Realize what is wanted and why.
- Discover the limiting thought patterns.
- Plan actions to bring actual results.
- Remain aware of the why to maintain motivation.
