My passion is coaching abuse survivors to shed the behaviors that are reactions to abusive relationships, and help them to realize their worth and potential. I want you to feel empowered by the tools we have practiced and to know you are safe, from the inside out.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I am a compassionate teacher. I believe the alliance between coach and client is crucial to the process. I want my clients to feel empowered with knowledge about the situation they are in, how they got there, how to accept, heal and move forward, stronger than ever.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
While working as a substance abuse Counselor I learned about personality disorders and codependency. I came to realize most of my relationships were with disordered people, and that I was codependent. My own healing introduced me to tools to co-parent with Narcissists, to maintain boundaries or no contact and to heal my own thoughts and feelings around the abuse I had experienced. I slowly incorporated these techniques into my coaching practice. Today, I am passionate about serving and educating others around this type of abuse and healing from it's effects.
