I am a Certified Professional Coach trained by iPEC, and an ACC member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I help individuals, groups, and organizations to increase their positive energy, open their perception and awareness, and take effective actions to achieve sustainable and specific change.
 

Before becoming a coach, and after conquering my 10-year toxic relationship with alcohol, I excelled as a foreman and project manager in the NYC construction industry. I worked on projects such as LaGuardia Airport, the tallest (at that time) building in Brooklyn, schools, hospitals and more.  
 

At the pinnacle of my success in the construction industry, both financially and in my career as well, I realized I was not living the life I wanted to live or pursuing the goals I wanted to be. I was living my life according to my perceived expectations of others, and society in general.
 

I quit what I was doing at the time and started my own contracting business, which granted me the flexibility to receive some excellent and enlightening training as a coach. This has enabled me to support others in ways that would have been beneficial to me at challenging times in my own life and journey.
 

Today I work with my clients on a variety of topics and goals, frequently around relationships with alcohol; physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing; and performance-based processes and systems to create sustainable results and success by any definition.
 

In my free time I enjoy driving my truck onto local Long Island beaches with my hammock and grill, spending time with my friends and allowing their children to torture me for fun, learning about, following and navigating the quickly evolving blockchain and cryptocurrency space, and searching for the next thought-provoking science fiction story to catch my attention.
