I work with individuals to help them become the best they can be whether it be in their personal life or their business life. I offer a non judgmental coaching opportunity that will help you improve your life. We will work on your desired goals and make a game plan on how you will achieve them. I will offer one time coaching services but highly recommend an ongoing coaching in order to prevent smaller problems from becoming larger.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I enjoy coaching one on one via phone or in person. I find it beneficial that the first meeting is more of an assessment, in order that I may learn more about you to help us develop an individualized plan.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
My work experience is working in Community Mental Health with adults and adolescents. Prior to this, I worked for a criminal defense attorney for 9 years. I am continually gaining knowledge to better help my clients achieve their goals. I have experience in multiple mental health disciplines.
Fee description
Fees:
from $30 USD to $200 USD
Each session is is $50 per hour. However, if a person wishes to purchase more than one session at a time, a discount will apply. If a group of people wish to do be coached, cost will be $100 per hour/ with a minimum of $30 per person.
