I have worked in the business and tax world since 1987. I have taught yoga for over 20 years, and completed multiple health and wellness related trainings and certification programs. In 2021, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and took an alternative path to healing that has helped me to clarify what is important in my own life, and how I can best help others to find their wellness journey.

I am a mom to three adult children, four grandchildren (three here on earth and one who left us). I have been through loss, divorce, financial strife and many of the other caveats of life.

We have owned a restaurant, a couple of yoga studios, rental properties, an accounting business and some other business ventures!!

I believe that my ecclectic life experiences can be helpful as I guide you through your journey! Life is messy...

Fees vary based on options chosen. Courses will start at $197, while individual coaching, group coaching, and plans will be higher.  We work together to determine the best plan for you, based on your goals and needs.
