Using Life Coaching methods and my intuitive guidance, I help clients in a deeply impactful way by helping them obtain a better understanding of their personal challenges and where they originated. Once this awareness is obtained, greater insight as to the various ways it effects the client in other areas of their life can be perceived. Then, through the use of various tools and techniques, healing can be achieved from situations and the challenges can be overcome so they are empowered to move forward in a positive way!

Energetic Healing Session

I've been humbly endowed with the gift of energetic healing sourced from the Divine. I use my unique healing modality to cleanse, open, activate, and balance your chakras, cut etheric cords, work on specific areas of your physical, mental, and emotional bodies, as well as cleanse and seal your auric field. By doing this, it stimulates healing on all levels! All Energetic Healing Sessions include some Intuitive Life Coaching to help prevent the energies from returning, thus providing an exceptional healing experience.

What to Expect During an Energy Healing Session:

I prefer to go into an Energy Healing session with no prior knowledge of your issues/challenges or why you felt the need to utilize my services.  By doing this, there are no preconceived notions or assumptions in reference to the services required and the client can be assured that any information or messages I receive during the healing are derived directly from Source.  The client will call at the appointed time.  At this time, I will give a brief rundown of the how the session will be run and set the healing intention to which the client audibly agrees, thus opening them to greater healing potential.  During the session, I will relay the chakras that are being worked on and any intuitive impressions I'm given with regard to how the client might be experiencing it (mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually) and allow the client to then confirm (or deny) what information I've received.  After the healing is complete, I ask that the client to expound on that information, during which they’ll receive further intuitive guidance and messages regarding what came up (essentially an abbreviated Intuitive Life Coaching Session) with the intention of shifting any thoughts, beliefs, perspectives, behaviors, or subconscious programming that led to the energetic imbalance in the first place so the energies don't go back to the way they were prior to the healing session.  The whole process takes about an hour. There is nothing in particular that the client needs to do during the healing.  Some people report a tingling sensation or a change in mood or perspective. Others don’t notice anything during the session but notice life changes (thought patterns, perspectives/perceptions, feelings, moods, relationship changes, physical shifts or ease of pain, etc.) in the weeks or months following the session.

What to Expect After a Session:

Energetic healing sessions can be powerful. You may find that afterwards you are more alert than usual, calmer, or more inward. Some feel relief from pain or physical issues. Some clients feel as if they are “seeing the world with new eyes.” Others feel tired and/or emotional and may need more sleep. Some clients find they have a physical release, which can include yawning, belching, coughing, the desire to orgasm, changes in digestion, etc. All of this is a normal response to the work. After a session, self-care is important. I suggest drinking A LOT of clean water (2-3 liters per day), getting enough rest, and eating well. Be kind and gentle with yourself and give yourself plenty of time to integrate. Pay attention to your emotions and release any that come to the surface (like having a good cry).  Because people experience issues and challenges on all levels for various reasons and the serve various purposes in our lives and everyone is different, results cannot be guaranteed.  Remember that you'll be given "homework" with regard to tools and techniques to shift your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, perspectives, and subconscious programming that led to the energetic imbalance.  If you don't do your "homework", any healing experienced will be temporary.  It is also strongly recommended that a follow-up Intuitive Life Coaching Session be schedules 2 - 4 weeks after the healing to help hold you accountable for your "homework" and to receive continued support through your transformation.

I had been intuitively coaching friends, family, and many others for several years and, in 2013, I came to realize that it is a part of my life's purpose and my greatest joy and bliss to help others in such a deep and impactful way, and this began my Life Coaching business!  I later decided to receive formal training to affirm, hone, and solidify the techniques I was innately using, aside from my intuition.

At the end of 2013, after self-studying nutrition and herbalism since the 7th grade, I began my formal studies and received my Holistic Health Practitioner/Coach Certification in 2014. Living a healthful and balanced lifestyle has always been a passion of mine!

My unique energetic healing modality was given to me from the Diving Source in 2013. I have since studied, and became certified in, various other modalities so I can better understand my own.
After experiencing my own benefits from utilizing certain breathing and meditation techniques, I decided to pursue training in these areas so I can pass on these benefits to my clients!
