I bring my experiance as a nurse working in women's health and primary care as well as my experiance with being a health & wellness coach to help you achieve your goals!
I've spent nearly the last 7 years of my life as a nurse working in the field of primary care and women's health. I decided a few years ago to learn more about health and wellness and became a certified health & wellness coach. Once becoming it a coach it brought insight to my nursing career! I used my skills in my everyday practice with patients at the doctors offices and realized that that was more my jam than nursing! I've always been super outspoken and when I was seeing that the patients at the offices I worked at needed more attention to their health & wellness and not needed medications shoved down their throats I KNEW coaching was where I was supposed to be full-time.
I've always been very straight forward and honest and that is why my clients and patients always enjoyed our time together. I have always took time to listen and get to know my clients and patients; knowing who they are and who they wanted to become was and always is very important to me! We are all on their crazy journey called life!!
Coaching with me starts with breaking down your goals and problems into smaller chunks and addressing each one individually with continual support.
I like to start my coaching off with getting to know my client and bring all aspect of their lives together to pin point what the problems are and how to correct them.
3 Month Packages: Meeting once a week virtually with 24 hour email support for 3 months.
6 Month Packages: Meeting once a week virtually with 24 hour email support for 6 months.
VIP 3 Month Packages: Meeting twice a month in person and meeting once a week virtually with 24 hour email support for 3 months.
VIP 6 Month Packages: Meeting twice a month in person and meeting once a week virtually with 24 hour email support for 6 months.
