Coaching has changed my life, and I am excited to see how it can change yours! So often we look outside of ourselves to find our happiness and uncover our brilliance, but the answers lie deep within us. My job as your coach is to help you navigate within and unearth the most incredible aspects of your personality which may have been hidden away under years of conditioning and learned limiting behaviors and patterns. RESULTS & GOALS
What I often hear from my Clients is that working with me has helped them to gain better insight into the ways and places that they are holding themselves back from living their best lives. I provide my Clients with the tools to compassionately recognize these areas and learn to redirect their thought patterns and actions in ways that will quickly catapult them to success, happiness, balance, clarity and inner peace.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I am an extremely intuitive coach, and therefore my approach varies from Client to Client, based upon their personal needs. In any instance, I encourage my Clients to dig deep and explore the places they may previously have avoided, believing fully that these are the spaces where we need the most love, compassion and healing from ourselves. Considering that things can sometimes get a little heavy in coaching, I employ the use of my signature sense of humor and easygoing, energetic nature to help my Clients feel safe, comfortable and willing to continually go deeper and subsequently, grow bigger, brighter and happier.

PRIVATE COACHING
I meet with my clients in person, via Skype, or on the phone. Sessions last between 60 & 90 minutes. I offer a minimum of 4 sessions, as I feel it takes at least this long to be able to fully integrate what you are learning into your day to day life. I also offer a 12-week Program, "Ascend to New Heights", which explores the life areas of spirituality, intuition, communication, personal power, relationships, sexuality and finances, and teaches tangible ways to create better relationships with each.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I have gone through a lot of trauma in my life, and have found ways to turn these traumatic experiences into the fuel that encourages me to help others on their own paths. When we can find the gift in the experiences we endure, freedom is ours. I have worked with Clients in several different capacities, but specialize in spiritual coaching, empowerment coaching, addiction recovery coaching, moving through trauma and transitioning through major life changes. All of my consultations are free and coaching can be done via Skype, the phone, or in person, so don't let proximity get in the way of becoming who you were meant to be.

Fees:
from $150 USD to $200 USD
Private sessions start at $150 per 75 minutes.
