Through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, online coaching programs and accountability coaching, my clients: (1) create long-term healthy habits of eating and exercising that are sustainable and lead to weight loss and (2) learn how to be confident in every area of their lives, leading to a stronger client mentally and physically.

I coach by showing my clients compassion with their current situations, while challenging them to push through their blocks that are holding them back. I like using visioning exercises where appropriate so that clients see themselves living their ideal lives to start creating short term goals.

I provide one-on-one coaching over zoom lasting about 45-minutes each session. Coaching is sold by packages of 4, 8 or 12 sessions based on your needs to ensure results.

Online coaching programs include a health (food and fitness) program, as well as a confidence-boosting program. The programs are virtual videos with coaching prompts with occasional live support by the head coach.

Group coaching is offered for food and fitness, a once-weekly, 12-week group coaching program capped at 6 participants.

For years I struggled to feel fit and deal with the stresses of being an ambitious professional. Then I decided to take control of my life by focusing on my mind and body. Now I use the same powerful techniques to help ambitious individuals struggling to stay fit, positive, and confident be stronger physically and mentally.

As a former teacher and lawyer, I have learned how to be supportive of my clients while challenging them to move toward their goals.
