I am always interested in innovating and tackling problems in creative ways.

As a Management Consultant at E. Rogers, I worked with clients in a variety of industries including, Media, Biotech, Energy, and Consumer Goods. I have provided coaching services to executives, designed competency models, diagnosed culture challenges, and support executive team efficiency. I was holding an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University located in Nassau County, New York, and is certified in multiple psychometric assessments, coaching, and training methodologies.
