HOW I LIKE TO COACH
There are many technical definitions to explain Life/NLP Coaching but we want to present it in the simplest form so that you can understand, along with that have a thorough knowledge about it.
Let’s understand with an example. We all keep fresh flowers in a vase at home and replace flowers as soon as they get stale. If we relate it to us then our mind is like a vase and thoughts and experience are flowers. Every day in our life we go through many events. These events create our memories, experience and perspective to look at things. Positive events we cherish and forget but negative events we hold on and keep on remembering them. Now as a result our mind starts releasing negative emotions and hormones. We lose our calm and our internal defense mechanism start hurting our own body and mind. This causes major problems for us we start getting psychologically and physiologically impacted. We develop either diseases or some other emotional disturbances.
Let’s understand how this works. We all are aware about “Neuronsâ€. Whenever we learn a new thing a new neuron is built associated with it. When we go through negative experiences we develop negative emotions and our neurons also programs accordingly which creates stress, anxiety, fears, phobias and all the mental and physiological problems. Generally we are not aware about how, what and why it is happening with us. Either we ignore or we are not aware that now professional help is available for it. Here.
