Allow me to assist you in realizing those values and realigning your goals based on thoes values. Once this balance is attained, the sky is the limit to what you can acheive personally, professional and spiritually.
At Better Habits Clinic our clients discover their core values and how they effect their everyday lives. They also work to align those values with the goals they want to accomplish. The principles learned can be applied in ALL aspects of life, personal, professional, spiritual. Everyone can perform and acheive on a high level, we just need to dig deeper and live our lives in alignment.
I consider my coaching style more client led. We focus on the goals you want to accomplish in a systematic, holistic way based on personality and learning style.
My coaching syle does require effort form my clients. Please do not hire me if you are not serious about changing your life. Each session ends with homework usually due the next session. Homework requires 20-30 minutes of focused, thoughtful time.
The first consultation session is complimentary. This gives us a chance to meet and make a mutual decision to work together.
After the initial consultation, each session is $99. It is recommended that sessions start at twice per month, this may become more or less frequent depending on the client.
If you are interested in quarterly or yearly packages, these can be arranged and generally are less expensive than ala carte sessions.
