As a Person Centered Life Coach, I "accept you as you are.” When coaching/collaborating with others, I utilize active listening by being present, and taking the time to understand. With confidentiality, being authentic, flexible, and respectful, we can work together to determine what is the next step in moving forward.  As your Coach, I will help you to discover what your own personal “best” might be and reclaim the beautiful person that you are!

As a life coach, when feeling directionless and uncertain about the future, I will work with you to determine your vision for yourself based on your values and passions. “Karen has an intuitive understanding of people. Being able to visualize and understand the “Big picture = entire perspective” to create results." Attainment of academic knowledge: Coach training with World Coaching Institute and a Master’s degree in Social Work with emphasis on Group Work has been invaluable. When people pull together their different perspectives and valuable insights; empowerment and understanding can be found. Based on my personal and professional background; I have experience to empower, motivate, and teach with significant organizational and interpersonal expertise.
