I like to start with a strategy session. This gives you some free coaching, a chance to ask questions and experience my style of coaching. It will allow us to see if we are a good fit.
My belief is there is no one size fits all coaching. I work with only a few clients at a time so that I can give you my undivided attention and co-create a process that will deliver the results you want.
My tool box is enormous. Working in the healing for over 29 years with thousands of people, I would have to be an idiot not to see patterns that prevent them from getting the life that they truly want. My tendency is to be direct so that we can cut through the layers and get to the heart of the matter.

I am a life long student. I've been to dozens of self-help trainings and engaged in learning from masterful healers. Growth is important to me and so is living the most authentic life.
Getting to this place has had its share of struggles, trials, and tribulations. Often, I learned the hard way. I've spent time in dysfunctional relationships. I became a single mom when all 4 of my children were under 10 years old. I understand the struggle of navigating corporate relationships as a woman. I have served and thrived as a leader in government and navigated the details of entrepreneurship. Both major illness and injury have knocked on my door. Watching my children grow and leave and become amazing adults had it's share of ups and downs. Now, on the tail end of menopause, I can tell you that it has been an amazing ride and I am grateful that these experiences are part of me. Growth continues.
I learned that perhaps one of the most profound things that I can say to a client is "I know how you feel." Often it makes all the difference in the world to be understood, not judged and sincerely supported to find the highest manifestation of ourselves.
My work is my dharma. I literally cannot remember a time in my life that I didn't look through this lens of having a major impact on the growth and success of mankind.
