As a yoga teacher, I have those thousands of years-old yogic philosophy and traditions to help guide you in your own journey. Adding to this the integrative approach of Feng Shui, as well as my years as a coach and counselor, we have all the tools we need to discover what holds you back, who you truly are, and how to use this knowledge to move beyond the blockages in your life.

Life Decluttering Coaching:
Your home is not the only thing that can become cluttered.
Your life, your tasks, your relationships, mind, body, and soul all become cluttered when life gets away from you.
How It Works
Your work begins before we ever meet with a questionnaire I have curated to help you identify your goals.
We will then create a plan specific to you and your needs.
Through your virtual sessions and homework assignments you will learn how to live the life you deserve!
Single Sessions
An 80-minute single session can be a great way to jump-start your journey! And, if you decide you would benefit from additional sessions, you can always schedule another single session or purchase a pack of sessions that will include another 80-minute intensive.
Package Sessions
When a situation in our lives requires more attention than can be achieved in a single session, packages of four, eight, or twelve sessions will fit your needs.
Your initial starter package is 5 sessions. The first session will be an 80-minute intensive, with each subsequent session being 50-minutes.
Additional packages purchased after this will be 50-minute sessions, with the option to purchase an additional, single 80-minute intensive at any time. The larger the package you purchase the greater the savings.
Harmonious Home Program
A 12-week comprehensive program designed for those people facing a full home decluttering and clearing. You will be fully supported emotionally and logistically in your journey. We will create ways to reduce your overwhelm and confusion so that steady progress can finally begin and you can free yourself of those labels you have gathered over the years.
