I have been on my own journey of discovery for many years. Now I am able to help others, to guide them through their own journeys. I am a strong believer in transforming lives.
Transformation does not only account for weightloss but every area of your life. Health, Wellness, Relationship, Career etc. The list can go on.
If you work with me I can assure you not just one area of your life will change but all and for the better.
I work over web/phone and weekly/monthly sessions are more than welcome. As a coach I am there for you! It is never about me and is all about you!

My clients will achieve a complete transformation not only in one segment of their life but all. Yes we may focus on area but my coaching enables other areas to change - for the better -
I want my clients to - at the end of 90 days - feel confident, beautiful and successful. I want them to look back over our time together and give themselves a pat on the back for all the work they have done.
For my clients to have a complete habit change that makes their future radiate, stress free and not to worry about 'falling off the wagon' as the habit's they have learnt with our time together will easily be carried forward with them into the future.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
My coaching style is relaxed, easy and simple. I am there for you! It is never about me but all about you as my client. I am there to guide you through the most amazing transformation you are about to undertake.
I usually have weekly check-ins/sessions though if you would like more or can only accommodate monthly that is absolutely ok! As I stated above I am there for you as your coach.

Sessions are approx: 40 minutes via phone/web. Numerous packages are available as we focus on one area at a time.
ONLINE COACHING
Sessions are approx 40 mins but happy to make longer or shorter depending on individual needs.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I have been on my own transformation journey for the past six or more years. It all started with wanting to lose weight but quickly I realised I needed to transform my life as a whole. I personally did not have a coach to guide me through so I fell off the wagon many a time and that is probably why my journey has been so long.
After others noticed my transformation they asked me to help them. It was there I found my calling. To help others transform themselves. So here I am now a health coach and so passionate about changing people's lives for the better!
Fee description
Fees:
from $150 USD to $2000 USD
$150 - Discovery session: 60 minutes
$1500 - Total Transformation: The 90 day Intensive (individual programs for wellness, relationship or career)
$2000 - Total Transformation: The 90 day intensive (Includes working on all areas instead of focusing on one alone. This is highly intensive coaching)
