About me

I know what it feels like to have tried many different diets but still not been able to keep the weight off, that’s why I have created a unique plan that helps you lose weight, while teaching you tools and techniques to keep it off, and provides ongoing support as you walk that journey.


I was tired of failing repeatedly to lose weight and keep it off. The worst part was that I hated myself for it.


But then I accidently discovered a way that worked for me, and it can work for everyone. I was so excited about the potential of this discovery to help others, that I decided to change careers and studied weight loss (specifically obesity) and life coaching and qualified in May 2019.


I am grateful to be working and making a difference in a field that has been a life long passion. My work enables people who have struggled to lose weight and keep it off for most of their lives, to join the 5% - 10% of people who have not only lost weight and kept it off but who are now naturally in control of their weight, healthy, full of energy and looking great.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH

I like to coach one to one in a partner style relationship where both coach and client learn from each other. I coach over the internet using Zoom.

PRIVATE COACHING

Weight Loss Coaching Course



  1. The course consists of 13 intense one-hour, fortnightly Zoom sessions designed to get you to your weight loss goal. Along the way we will uncover anything that may be holding you back, eliminate it and replace it with things that will help you achieve your goal.

  2. The sessions are highly interactive with questions, exercises, assessments and action items to complete both during and in between sessions. It is your decision whether to carry out the coaching work in between sessions. I will respond to any work you submit in between sessions.

  3. This course is results orientated. In order to be able to measure success you set an evidence based Goal with Milestones to achieve over the 13 sessions.

  4. You set Action Items to achieve the Milestones which in turn results in the achievement of your Goal. We check progress every session.

  5. I hold 2 reviews during the course to allow us to reflect on your progress and my coaching. If results aren’t being achieved or the coaching not as expected, then either you or I can end the contract.

  6. Once you have completed the course you will have learnt and used skills, tools and techniques that you will be able to use to achieve any future goals you choose to set for yourself.

Fee description

Fees: from £240 GBP to £300 GBP

£25 per session or £240 per course if paid up front. Course consists of 13 sessions (1st session is free). Cancel any time with one week's notice. (Last updated: February 2020)
