Through the use of cooperative coaching, I walk with you through setting your goals, and writing out action steps to acheive your goals. In each session we will:

1. review your goals


2. discuss any blockages that may have prevented the completion of the actions steps


3. re-define and refocus the goals if needed


4. lay out an agenda for the current session


5. discussion of current agenda while keeping in mind your larger goals


6. set new action steps to be completed by the next session

I offer 1, 3, and 6 month coaching packages. Each package will be preceeded by a complimentary strategy session, in which you (the client) will share the goals which you would like to acheive. Sessions are 30-60 minutes, based upon your needs and our agreement.

Most of my career has ben spent in various aspects of construction: trim carpentry, project manager, owner of my own small construction company. But something was always missing. I have also spent much time involved with helping children and young adults in various aspects, and realized that helping others is what I LOVE to do. That is what provides meaning and purpose in my life. Therefore, it stands that I would use my own experiences to assist others in finding meaning and purpose in their lives as well.

Rates are based $125 on per session: most clients see the best results with a minimum of a 3 month bi-weekly package (6 sessions/$750). Inividual sessions with no committment, available for $175.
