From the very first session until the end, we're going to be on common ground on how to reach the goals that are set out to be achieved. I help them not only just reach a goal, but reach a goal with confidence in knowing that "I can do all things that I try to set my mind to" They will know when they walk away from my sessions, that anything and everything is possible and I will leave them with many resources for them to fall back on as motivation to always remember that there is something to keep them going. The end results of my sessions will be that my clients will not only be thinking like a success, but acting like a success!

My coaching style is very interactive. I don't want clients to think that they are coming to a shrink per se. I will listen to get their foundation, and then we are going to get to work building from there. I love to have my clients be engaged in the session whether it's thru the conversation, role playing, various scenarios. When the session is over, I'm going to give them something to think about and talk about that's going to get them excited about going to the next step in their journey towards success.

I worked as a Business Operations Manager for over 15 years. I have mentored employees and colleagues from the CEO to the Janitor and on many other levels. I use my every day experiences to implement positive experiences within various departments to help with employee relations, client services, and whatever their weak areas were. I have worked as a mentor with many non-profit groups for children as well as adults, particularly empowering women. I am currently an active member of a nation wide organization for empowering women and mentoring young women as well. My life has not been a crystal stair. I have started from the bottom to the top and back down to the bottom again. But over the years, I have learned how to fall and get back up. I have gone thru not the prettiest divorce that has taught me many life lessons. But thru it all and all, I learned that I lost myself and learned how to get ME back on track and on task. I learned that through my life journey so far that there is so much more in the world that I can experience and can't be afraid to take the steps to do it. That's where my passion for coaching others come from. When you come from PAIN to PRAISE, there's no more looking down on yourself, it's uphill from then on!
