A few years ago I was barely surviving each day. My entire body ached, I was exhausted, had horrendous brain fog and slept 16 hours a day. I had a Fibromyalgia diagnosis and was being failed by modern medicine. I kept asking my doctors to find the root cause of my symptoms and to treat them. Then I wouldn't have Fibromyalgia anymore! They looked at me like I was nuts and handed me another prescription. I knew that I had to heal myself. And I DID! I am 100% Fibro Free! I researched and studied and found the ROOT CAUSE of my symptoms! And now I get to help others working as a health coach, helping others find the root cause of their health woes and I'm excited to help you too!

I will help you find the ROOT CAUSE of your symptoms. Together we will discuss your health issues and goals and I will write up a care plan and instructions for you. After our session I will be available to answer questions you may have and follow-up with you. Let's get you feeling like YOU AGAIN!!

I like to talk like girlfriends having a cup of coffee and discussing life. I'm your friend and supporter in getting to the healthiest version of you! And when I do meet with clients locally we often do meet for coffee. I'm laid back and easy to talk to!

The first counseling fee is $100. This will
Include a care plan as well. If you would like continued help and monitoring for 6 months (recommended for best outcome) it's $300.
