PRIVATE COACHING
It will be a 60 minute session. We will assess together how many sessions the client needs and sign an agreement. Sessions can be weekly, bi weekly or monthly.
ONLINE COACHING
It will be a 60 minute session. We will assess together how many sessions the client needs and sign an agreement. Sessions can be weekly, bi weekly or monthly.
Short courses or group coaching
This will be in the form of a workshop. It will be $50 an hour with a minimum of 3 hours and a group of 5 people.

My prices start low from $20 and upto $50 an hourly session.
