My goal is to help people, men in particular, become the best versiosn of themselves.  The best version of yourself looks different for everyone, first you must understand what you want in life.  Most people think they know what they want in life but have not really sat down and thought about what they want and more importantly what they are willing to do to get to that point.  The problem many people face is that what they beleive they want does not line up with what they are willing to do to achieve those goals. 

I aim to help people understand what they are really prepare to do as far as output and point them in the right direction.

I am very forward, very blunt and what some would call mean.  It is not mean it is honest and until you can be honest with yourself nothing will change. Until you hear the things you do not want to hear, embrace them and do something about them, nothing will change for you.  If you are not ready to face hard truths and put in the work, I am not the coach for you.

I have no degrees or certificates, which are taught by people with very little to no actually life experience of success.  I have learned everything I know by making mistakes, learning from them and have been fortunate to have great mentors and friends.

I do most of my coaching remotely as I travel alot.  

I offer free 30 minute consultation so I can determine if we are the right fit.  

If we move forward from the consultation you can choose to do either hourly sessions, or we can do 3 month program consisting of 13 sessions.  I prefer the 3 month program as it allows for real progress, it is difficult for any real progress with only 1 session as it is difficult to make a workable plan. 

The 13 week program consists of weekly hour long one on one sessions aong with 24/7 access via text for any pressing issues or questions that need to be answered or dealt with.

After the initially 13 week program we will determine what type of maintenance we will do moving forward. It is typically just periodic checking in at no charge.  I like to follow up with my clients and follow their successes. 

I have made countless mistakes in life which built me up.  I have worked in multiple areas which have blessed me with a very unique experiences as well.  I use these expereicnes to help peopl avoid the mistakes i have perosnally made and have seen other make as well. 

The hourly rate is $150.00 an hour. 

The 13 week program is 1300.00 for 13 sessions.
