My drive is to help people be honest with themselves and empower them to follow their passion. Therefore the goal of coaching is self-discovery, wherein the results are determined by creating and working toward goals.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
My coaching style is informal and honest. I use a variety of activities for my clients to stimulate their creativity and probe their needs and desires. I believe that anyone can follow their dreams, as long as they are able to make appropriate goals.
I suggest soft and hard goals for my clients. Soft goals are the goals that are changeable as we work. Hard goals are our bottom lines. For example, a client may have a hard goal to find employment that increases their income, and a soft goal for administrative employment. During our sessions we may find that the best way for the client to make more money is to pursue his or her dream of working in sales. Together we would re-examine the client's soft goals and create a new plan.
I provide an non-judgmental environment, embracing all forms of living.

In my core I am a writer an artist. I write, paint and play guitar to express myself. This has been my lifelong passion.
I began my coaching career as an Instructor for adults who had experienced injuries in the workplace.
