I have lost 20 pounds over the last months (March 2015- August 2015). I became interested in nutrition and workout plans. I cut out junk food and started eating healthy.
Others noticed my results and started asking me how I managed to lose weight in a short period of time and how I'm keeping it off.
This inspired me to get my Health Coach Certification so that I can help others reach their personal goals.
