About me
Lindsay is Founder of Healthy Mom Happy Baby, a holistic and spiritual consulting company that teaches women to prepare for motherhood mind, body and spirit. She’s also a Spiritual and Joy Restoration Coach, helping to bring light back into people. She spends most of her time taking care of her two young blondie daughters and all that motherhood entails. She’s also a mother to her angel son above, whose love shines through her every day. Her greatest passion is writing to inspire through my heart and through Christ.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I have a whole person approach to coaching, which includes mind, body and spirit. I ask questions to help my clients find answers and goals for themselves. As a joy coach, I lead my clients to understand where their grief resides in their bodies. I help them understand how emotion is impacted by grief and how spiritually grief can keep them separated from those that they love or are in their lives. I help them to restrain their thinking and find a more positive outlook, ridding themselves of "toxic thinking."

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
My personal experiences endure a great amount of personal loss and grief, starting from childhood. I have had trauma in my past that I have overcome and found my joy again. I am passionate about helping others reach this outcome through working through the process of restoring their joy. I am a writer and speaker of life and working on my first Memoir.
