My coaching style is based on New York Times best selling author and coach Brendon Burchard. I use a combination of one on one calls with check in emails. While supporting my clients I also empower them to take a hands on, no holds barred approach to their lives while helping them move on, move forward and move up!
I learned at an early age that life is there for a taking. At the age of 9, I applied for and was awarded a scholarship at a prestigious private school...all without my parent's knowledge. The acceptance letter was their first clue!
Over the course of my life, I have found the principles that make such achievements possible on a regular, sustained basis. Having done so, I was able to overcome a fear of water, learn to swim and complete an Ironmand Triathlon in 18 months, double my income over the course of 3 years and move from individual contributor to a leadership position in my former work in that same time frame.
