About me

Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in South Carolina and Georgia and Broker in Florida and closing more than 1000 personal real estate transactions, Lisa served as the Director of Administration for the largest real estate equity syndicator in the Southeast. She also worked as the primary legal assistant for a law firm specializing in real estate closings. Lisa was a three time Pinnacle Award recipient with Realty Executives. In addition to selling real estate, Lisa managed a team and served as a Productivity Coach and CEO/Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty. She also worked in a General Manager capacity for two teams in the Top 100 with Keller Williams Realty. What does all this mean for you? RESULTS & GOALS

The goals of a new real estate agent are different than those of agents with more experience. However, the one constant is having a compass and accountability to their goals. That's why I work with my coaching clients to create their GPS (1 Primary Goal, 3 Priorities to achieving that goal, and 5 Strategies to support each Priority) This GPS will be the guiding tool to tracking daily, weekly, monthly, and annual actions and results compared to the goals that were set. I use this GPS to coach my clients into setting established routines, forming new habits, eliminating fears, becoming more productive, and achieving higher profitability and more passive income.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH

Step one with me is having my client complete a needs assessment so I can evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. I also require completion of a personality assessment so I can coach from a perspective and learning style that will naturally complement my client. Coaching is all completed in the cloud and recordings of calls and video conferences are provided to clients to access later and share with their team.

ONLINE COACHING

All of my coaching is in the cloud. I provide recorded calls and webinars, video conferencing, and email follow-up.

Short courses or group coaching

I offer flight school group coaching programs for rainmakers, listing specialists, buyer specialists, inside sales agents, and executive assistants.

Ongoing training

Quarterly mastermind sessions are free for coaching clients. I also offer free webinars on topics relevant to the ever-changing real estate industry.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE

I've worked exclusively in the real estate industry and served in a variety of roles ranging from real estate paralegal, executive assistant, buyer's agent, and listing specialist to operations manager, team leader, and productivity coach. I've closed over 1,000 personal real estate transactions and more than 5,000 team closings. I'm currently a Realtor in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida with eXp Realty and operate a team from the 7th level.

In addition to my role as CEO of a real estate team, I am the founding partner for my coaching and operation center and queen mom of my personal residence, complete with three children between the ages of 8 and 16. I wear a lot of crowns, and I've been forced to learn how to create an equilibrium between my personal life and business. I look forward to sharing my personal secrets of success with you.

Fee description

Fees: from $25 USD to $1800 USD

Clients can purchase hours for real estate virtual assistant support services a la carte starting at $25 per hour. I also offer comprehensive packages that include blocks of virtual assistant hours as well as group coaching, private coaching, and/or mastermind sessions. These packages start at $400 per month. Our packages are paid 1/2 up front and 1/2 at closing.
