HOW I LIKE TO COACH
We are all smart and capable, but changing our familiar patterns to create new results in our lives has little to do with that. Typically, we bully ourselves: setting unrealistic goals, and berating ourselves when we don't reach them. This will not be more of that! I work with you to support yourself in changing, so that success comes gently and easily. I use my knowledge of psychology, neuroscience, habit change, relationships and inner game coaching to help you finally get to where you want to be in your life.
We will set small easily attainable goals that lead up to big changes, as slow or as fast as you need. On each call we will assess your progress: What you have accomplished, where are you blocked, and what strategies you can use to move forward. Although I provide you with lots of room to figure out your own mind, I am fairly directive in the process, and not afraid to speak up about blind spots I think I see. We will work in a collaborative way to get you success in the goals you choose.

PRIVATE COACHING
Includes a free introductory session. Packages are 3 or 6 months, 3 times monthly 40-50 minute calls, with email support.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I have been a therapist and coach for over twenty years. I have a huge sense of optimism, inheriting from my father the idea that we can be anything we want to be. Given that he was more of a brilliant doer than a teacher, I have made it my mission to learn the art of doing: How to accomplish goals and support the process of changing even when we doubt ourselves, go round in circles, or can't get clear enough to get ourselves started. Fees:
from $225 USD to $1350 USD
Free initial phone consult.
Initial Package: 6 sessions, $600.00
Follow-up sessions are $225.00 per month, for three 45 minute sessions
