"Be who you needed when you were younger" has been my life motto, working drive, and an epigram.

The truth is: I didn't have much support showing me the ropes growing up. It pained me for a long time that even though I knew deep down that I was meant to connect, share, teach, and serve a greater purpose, I didn't know what I could offer or how to even start.

I lacked proper tools, resources, and the know-how. I felt like I was on a half-deflated floaty in the middle of the ocean without a compass - no direction, no plans, no concrete foundation, no sense of Self - life was constantly happening to me and I was always anxious and exhausted, feeling out of control. It wasn't until I hit rockbottom, until I have lost everything that I knew and felt familiar with, until I was torn down and challenged with every set of values that I had, that I was able to face my darkness, burn the old version of me, to rise from the ashes and finally reborn.

"Only the wounded healer can truly heal."

It is because I have been hurt that can provide a deeper empathy, patience, and acceptance. It is my own traumas and suffering that source the power to understand and heal others.

I went through it so you don't have to, and if you're already going through it then I can show you the shortcuts to the light at the end of long-winded tunnel and safely exit the matrix. Let me be that guidance that you desperately need so you can thrive.
