About me
In addition to my MA in clinical psychology, I have also faced challenges with anxiety disorders, so I completely understand the coaching relationship from both sides of the desk.
I also have worked in the social service field for 6.5 years.
I prefer behavioral and person-centered perspectives to ensure my clients make progress in a reasonable amount of time.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I strive not to rely on one theory to bring about change. I also encourage clients to establish their own goals and have a clear sense of why those goals are important to them.
Clients can expect to benefit from my help though not necessarily be dependent upon me. It is a collaboration that is re-assessed regularly.
However, I do see myself as an objective coach who's responsibility is to identify inconsistencies, avoidance of actions, situations or environments, and foster an environment of honesty and respect.

6.5 years as a social worker.
Experience with retirement plans and insurance.
Contending with issues with severe anxiety for a significant part of my adult life.
Fee description
Fees:
from $70 USD to $95 USD
$65 per hour for clients who select 3-4 sessions per month.
$80 per hour for clients who select 1-2 sessions per month.
Initial (trial) 20 minute sessions are at no cost.
One-time sessions are $95
