My aim is to help you to create a relationship in which you feel loved, understood and accepted for who you are.
Together we will identify and transform reoccurring patterns of behaviour that are holding you back and contributing to conflict and struggle.
I will help you to feel more confident in yourself and your ability to ask for what you need so that you can take a stand for what you believe in.
I will also help you with communication problems and help you find a more effective way of interacting with your partner.
Through my coaching I aim to help you feel empowered and confident in who you are and what you would like to create for yourself, so that you can go out and make it happen!

I coach in a very supportive, encouraging and compassionate way. I will give you plenty of room to explore your own feelings and answers. I will also challenge you if necessary in order to help you step up and live the life you want to believe is possible.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I spent 12 years living and working in the United Kingdom as a High School Physical Education teacher. I knew deep down that this was not a long term career for me and in 2007 my husband and I decided to take the plunge and move to the French Alps.
At this time I was already interested in coaching and therapy and was heavily into my own journey of self development.
We bought a ski chalet in the Alps and ran it as a business, providing accommodation and catering services for tourists. We had a 5 year plan and saw the chalet business as a stepping stone to something new and exciting. Whilst I was there I embarked on my life coaching qualifications with the prestigious Coach Training Institute (CTI) and started to work with clients. When we sold the chalet (within one week of 5 years) I was able to go into full time self employment as a coach.
