I am Certified and Experienced in multiple disciplines including business, health, wellbeing and life coaching (see a full list below). My life has been based around helping others, this naturally led me to coaching when deciding what it was I wanted to do with my life!
The feeling of knowing one's purpose and following it with passion, is something I believe everyone should have the chance to experience and hope to help others find this life changing experience!

My coaching style...
Firstly, I'm honest! I am the kind of person that will tell you the hard truth, without sugar coating it but still leave you feeling pumped and excited by the changes that will come!
I may not be your average coach, or have a style that is like most. I prefer to be a real human, someone you can relate to. No matter if you are a corporate professional or just a regular person, I adapt and customise my style to suit you! As I said this is about you not me!
I follow all Ethical Standards, and will not compromise my integrity ever! I am however someone you will relate to! I do not take on the role of a parent, dictator or high school teacher.. I am a professional friend, mentor... your coach!

I have mentioned the professional side of who I am. Although there is no actual requirement to have any kind of Certification in the coaching industry I think it is irresponsible not to have some kind of training behind your name. That is of course my personal opinion and why I have studied.
I think what separates coaches though is more their life experience rather then their professional experience. I may not have been in the industry as long as some, however my life experience is sure to trump most.
One can not expect to help people through certain circumstances if they themselves have never experience their own struggles! I have hit rock bottom in many areas of my life, but I have also risen from them more powerful and determined then ever. That is where I draw my passion and drive from! That is why my true purpose for what I do is YOU!
