About me
My husband,Tim, and I have training through Light University in Life Coaching and work together to help couples enhance their marriages, get through tough spots, build better communication skills, and develop better conflict resolution skills. I also hold a Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and work with women in transition, in overcoming grief and loss, and in navigating life stressors. We work from a Christian, Biblically-based perspective.

We approach each client interaction with unconditional positive regard, respect, and a sincere desire to provide a safe place to develop clearer goals, develop new skills, and receive the coaching and mentorship that can help them to make progress and move forward toward their desired goals.
OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
We customize our session offerings and packages to each client's need and developed in conjunction with the client(s) after a free "Get to Know Each Other" session, should the potential client(s) desire to move forward with services.
Sessions are 45 minutes to one hour in length and are offered virtually to serve anywhere in the world such technology is available with the option of face-to-face, in-person sessions available to those who desire this format and can meet with us within a 12-mile radius of our office.
ONLINE COACHING
We offer Zoom virtual conferencing, Skype, FaceTime, and phone for client convenience.
Short courses or group coaching
We offer a pre-marriage preparation package to engaged couples.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
Tim and Michelle have been married more than twenty years, have three children, and are actively involved in servant leadership in the marriage ministries of their local church.
Tim has served as a Manager for Westinghouse Electric Corp. for more than a decade and brings his skills in working with people to meet their goals into his coaching work.
In addition to Marriage Guy and Gal, LLC, Tim and Michelle's coaching practice, Michelle is an associate in a private counseling practice as well as homeschooling mom.

Fees:
from $60 USD to $400 USD
We offer a free "Get to Know Each Other" session so that we can learn about your needs, and you can make sure you feel comfortable with us. Should you decide to move forward: One-to-one sessions and couple to couple coaching sessions are available. Discounts are offered for bundling multiple sessions into a package with pre-payment. Individual sessions may be added to packages. (Depending on travel necessary, an extra fee may be assessed).
