Hi there,
I’m Michelle, a holistic sex coach certified in the VITA coaching method by the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. Through this gold-standard certification, I bring together a potent mix of techniques and methodologies from neuroscience to trauma healing to chakra-work that brings powerful results without pills.
Sex is an incredibly powerful and important part of our lives that’s either neglected or commercialized far too often. Many suffer in silence for years (or decades!) without knowing that they already have the tools they need to harness the pleasure they deserve in their own bodies.
By unlocking the healing power of your body with a variety of meditations and exercises, you’ll sensitize yourself to pleasure and enhance your mind-body connection; setting the stage for the best sex you are capable of.
Because of my holistic approach, I address a wide variety of sexual issues such as:

Past sexual trauma
Difficulty/inability to orgasm
No/low libido
Numbness during sex

I was born and raised Mormon, but left at age 18. In my attempts to repair my repressed sexuality, I discovered holistic sex and tantra. This world blew me away by not only healing my sexuality, but helped my soul blossom into thriving that I didn't even know was possible.
This inspired me to become a holistic sex coach myself. More than anything, I want to help people discover the same intimacy, connection, and bliss that I have.
