I have twenty years of experience teaching life skills and guiding people who want to upgrade their life. I'm skilled at developing actions plans and finding resources for you. I help people change their perspectives, learn new skills, take action, and create a more authentic and meaningful experience for themselves.

I also design online self-study courses on topics like self-care, goal setting and manifesting your desires.

In my past work I facilitated workshops on topics such as personal safety, stress management, mental health and wellness, and grief counselling. I teach philosophy part time at a local University in Ottawa Canada.

In my personal life, I'm passionate about the outdoors, music and traveling. I've learned to create a balance between my work and personal life over time and love to write in my spare time.
