I remember coming home from work, and thinking to myself…
“I just can’t do this anymoreâ€.
At that time, every day I walked into work, I couldn’t breath, I broke out in hives, and to make matters worse….
I had an EPI pen. That type of drastic measure was only used for the MOST SEVERE allergic reactions. You know it’s just in case you go into “anaphylactic shockâ€. lol
The stress of being an ER RN was killing me silently. I knew I needed to do SOMETHING.
As an ER Nurse with a background in Psych. I would also notice this same stress pattern in patient after patient. It's like they had something deep going on within... And if they could just get it out, everything would be better.
That’s when I really started to become more conscious of my healing crystals. The ones that came to me....
Of how taking a deep breath made me feel. Of how certain smells were like magic, dancing in my nose. How certain words would instantly uplift my spirits.
I had done research in college doing DNA purification in the lab. I pulled out those research skills and did 8 long years of research.... Why do these things make me feel SOOOOO AMAZING?
I needed to understand what was going on in my body...
And then it hit me, I simply looked at the journey of Oprah, Abraham Hicks, Eckhart Tolle, Wayne Dyer, Brendon Bruchard, Dale Carnegie, and a host of other people who had done the same thing.... It was there I saw a pattern, a system.
I looked at my journey and exactly HOW I relieved the stress and anxiety that was plaguing my life... And without being aware of it, those were the exact things I had done in my life.
I begin to apply this system to other people, and they had results... And this same revolutionary system is what I bring to you.
