I work with clients to:
• Clarify their needs, choose a direction, and create a purposeful life with meaningful work.
• Use proven strategies, positive intentions, and proactive plans to create a healthy lifestyle.
• Find solutions to stressful work, relationships, and environments.
I offer a free consultation call that often helps clarify a problem or brighten the spirit; a phone or zoom coaching sessions with 2-sessions for $150; or email/online coaching. My goal is that everyone can benefit from coaching, so I offer plans to meet most needs.
I offer online email coaching with 2 emails a week that includes homework and journaling. Online coaching is best for motivation, follow-up coaching, or working on a specific problem or decision.
Free course with coaching options, Relationship Building strategies for Success in Your Life and Work. Group coaching will be offered at a reduced cost as clients working on similar problems request coaching. If you have a small group that would like coaching, please contact me.
I have a passion for helping people find meaningful work and develop a healthy lifestyle. I developed a career center program at a nonprofit to assist people in crisis with finding work, support, and a healthier lifestyle.
I give workshops and write books on healthy relationships, healthy lifestyle, and creating opportunities for finding meaningful work.
My experience in a variety of challenging work environments, finding opportunities to continue my education, and find work I love that fits my lifestyle gives me compassion and understanding of how to overcome challenges and find success.

Currently, I am offering a free relationship course (see my website), email coaching for $50.00/a month with 2 emails a week for motivation and accountability. Phone or Zoom coaching packages for $125-$250.00 a month.

It seems like what I need
It's hard to stay on track when I'm not accountable to someone. I was getting off track with my writing and going toward learning water color painting when Nancy said I need to finish the book first. Not that I can't do any painting but I need to put first things first. Thank you, Nancy, for keeping me focused on the book. It's hard work but it will be worth it in the end!
