ABOUT:
The way I work with you is by stepping into your shoes. I have been on the end of being the one counseled so I bring a high degree of empathy into my practice. I offer a FREE MBTI test that is included in each session- even if you decide not to work with me I want to empower ANYONE who even comes to the point of considering coaching.
My intention is to empower you.
My goal is to draw you to SEEK with a raw awareness to the areas of your life YOU want to focus on changing. I am not interested in offering MY perspective but rather I meld the intention to empower you to be by your side as YOU formulate your own perspective about your life and where you want to go.
I will always remind you that TIME is the only currency you need to focus on bringing in more for yourself. Time for yourself to heal, to seek and understand what life for YOU is all about is the reason why I empower my clients to not NEED me after 6 sessions.
I am not interested in being a coach that is a crutch. I am a coach that will walk with you through the darkness and then I will leave you for a moment knowing I've empowered you enough to walk towards your light.
I finish all of my sessions with a project that you do to empower yourself further. I will never just leave you in the darkness- I will leave you to explore and to ponder IN the darkness so you can realign yourself to KNOW what matters most to you.
I specialize in neurolinguistics, MBTI and empathy. I have over 12 years of experience training with some of the best in my industry. I have recently worked with the Paul Ekman Group with micro expressions so my in person sessions are that much more effective.
As an empath I have trained with spiritual gurus, been studied by empath researchers and recently involved with the Chopra center. I do my 1:1 sessions at the Encinitas Location of the Self Realization center and I introduce mediation on a very basic level to all of my clients.
It is my greatest passion ((because I have many)) to offer myself daily to this work. It is what fuels my other passions to enhance this world.
I also serve on the board for Boss Babes International - empowering women business owners to go after and build their lives on their terms. I am apart of several North County San Diego networking groups focusing on building communities and I am working on this year my first non-profit called The School of Meaning.
I am dedicated to this work because I live for guiding lost souls into their darkest areas so they KNOW they can bring light whenever darkness shows.
I am an empowerment coach focusing on relationships, self-love and overall building confidence.
I offer online-email or text, video and in person sessions that are very affordable compared to other coaches. I do this for a reason-I am not a crutch, I am here serving the world with a gift that I have grown to understand that spreads love.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I love to coach in nature. If we are in an online session I will ask you to take me on a hike with you or to step outside.
I focus on drawing attention to your 5 senses awakening you into your experience so you can FEEL FULLY and be present wholly in your life.
I bring a high degree of empathy into my sessions - therefore I am fully present and aware of when your ego arises. I teach you how to bring your true self to the surface by understanding your reactive habits.
I like to coach not be a crutch. I intentionally focus by giving each of my clients a 6 session plan that will result in allowing the client to rely 100% for themselves. I focus on empowerment not imprisonment. I rely heavily on results which is why my clients have a 6 session goal that they and myself commit to.

PRIVATE COACHING
1:1 Private Coaching sessions are done in Encinitas at the Self Realization Garden.
1. MBTI Test ((each session it must be taken prior to meeting))
2. 10 minute meditation ((suggested either before or after))
3. Session 60 Minutes
20 minutes = MBTI Review
10 minutes = Meditation
30 minutes = open flow
ONLINE COACHING
1:1 Online Coaching sessions are done by your choice on FACETIME, Text, Private Chat or other online means.
1. MBTI Test ((each session it must be taken prior to meeting-results are emailed))
2. 10 minute meditation ((sent in digital to be done after session))
3. Session 30 Minutes
30 minutes = open flow

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
My life experience has been one of a traumatic childhood filled with abuse. If you have ever read the book "A child called it" by Dave Pelzer then you can understand that the mother in that book was my father. His story was the reason why I understood and accepted my life for what it was not what I thought it could be. I learned to accept and through taking responsibility for MY next actions meant I was in control of my destiny.
I am in my mid-thirties and have worked with teens who suffered from abuse for the last 7 years. I have also been addicted to drugs ((crystal meth, marijuana and cocaine)) and I speak at schools across the Coast about the importance of understanding your emotions and how to create the skill of self control.
I have left coaching in 2012 to focus on my eating disorder- which was developed by the abuse from my Father. He used to lock the pantry and fridge so I couldn't make food - my friends families and boyfriend at the time ((I was 15)) were all too scared to say anything to authorities. It is "messy" so instead they made sure I was fed. It took me years to shake the embarrassment that came with it.
I KNOW what it is like to live inside your mind trapped and locked in shackles wanting to be self confident but having this KNOWING that you aren't allowed because of how you were treated. I also know that there is a great importance in allowing yourself to WALK INTO that darkness instead of avoiding it and allowing yourself to explore YOUR VOICE.
When you don't give yourself the stage to speak on so-to-say other unhealthy habits come out to play. For me it was drugs, alcohol and sex. I was losing myself everyday because I was playing out the story that my Father carved out for me in my soul. It wasn't until I took control that I was released from his hold.
It has been 15 years and all of which I have grown to step into the darkness of my soul. I have lived in my pain so much that I was ready to kill myself several times. I sucked the energy dry of people who loved me and I did so without any care or worry because I was feeding. I became my Father...and through this moment did I find that the darkness ignored needed me to walk into so I could shine the light.
I KNOW what the ego wants and desires. I spend all my coaching sessions talking to the ego in you until finally-that day you walk into the darkness and begin to illuminate your soul comes true.
This is how I meld in my empath gifts, the professional experience I have and the life lessons into my coaching practice.
I LOVE coaching and what I live for is seeing every client become a student of their own actions and an explorer of their life.
This life you have IS precious and it is YOURS to create.

One time charge per session.
Online: $30/30 minutes
In person: $55/60 minutes
