About me

So often, people run away from attachment, even consider the word "attachment" to be a dirty word. But humans need attachment. It's okay to have needs of others. An important aspect of being in relationship with others is negotiating those needs together. This requires healthy communication and emotional self-awareness. It is my goal to guide others in showing up authentically in relationship with themselves, and with others. I have experience with individuals, couples, and non-monogamous dynamics.
