About me
I believe that we only have one life, and we need to live it the way we want to. We are in control and we can choose to make it what we want to be.
My life has been quite the journey, I started in the UK with a degree in Natural Sciences focusing on Biology, I then moved on to become an IT consultant and software developer, which allowed me to move to the USA.
Adventure has always been something I wanted in my life, so I completed my commercial pilots licence, pack my bags and left for Botswana where I flew as a Bush pilot. I moved myself into management, and now have a career in the UK again for a well established private jet company in management and completed my Coaching Certificate to help others change their lives too. Following my heart and my dreams has only brought success, I have met my husband, and achieved everything I wanted. How did I do this? Two ingredients;

3. Action (Movement)
Take action! One step at a time and you will get there. If you don't know where to go, that's where I come in. I can help you see the paths, and allow you to choose the path that works for you to get where you want to go.

With me, clients will have manageable steps toward changing their career, life-style, this includes where they may be living, working, earning.
I first went to a coach in 2011, and it changed my life. I was struggling to follow my dreams, and the reason was guilt. Guilt over upsetting my family, guilt that I was not living upto their expectations. Who to choose? Me and my dreams? Or the people I love the most?
Through coaching I let go of my guilt and realised I could fulfil my dreams with no guilt, whilst appreciating my family and their expectations, without feeling like I was letting them down.
I have since lived every dream I have had to date, and here I am living the next...

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
To enable you to do this, I work on finding breaking down barriers so you can start moving toward your vision. This is done through coaching and NLP techniques.
A lot of challenging questions will be asked, that will enable you to see that there is nothing holding you back, and you can move forward. I create an innovative space for you see how you can create your own path.

PRIVATE COACHING
This is a series of one-on-one calls which are normally conducted through an online meeting room.
Sessions are normally spaced weekly, and last 60 minutes. Between sessions you can contact me by email for additional support and to keep you on track.

In 2007 I was driving through Yosemite National park when I was travelling in the US, when "It's My Life" by Bon Jovi started to play. Those words spoke to my soul, and I live by them every day. Fee description
Fees:
from £120 GBP to £650 GBP
You will have a FREE 30 minute introductory session.
3 Sessions - £330
6Ssessions - £650
If you don't want to commit to a number of sessions, individual 60 minute sessions are £130.
All fees are to be paid prior to the coaching sessions.
