I like to give an exercise or assignment after each session that will be that discuss topic for the nex session. Exercises provided will be worksheets that will help you progress through identifying your limiting beliefs, releasing fear and anxiety and stepping into your best self with confidence.
Online coaching in which you receive tools to help you track your progress through a specific goal you would like to obtain. I will provide encouragement and support via email (or online chat platform when needed).
My biggest strengths as a coach are my past experiences, my passion for your success, and my ability to successfully mange change. Having been on a personal development journey on my own, I have first-hand experience with the feelings of change-realizing when its necessary and working through the hills and valleys of the process.
I also know what it feels like to be misunderstood, labeled, underestimated, emotionally abused, rejected and lost. I am here to tell you that it gets better. But YOU have to make the first move. And when you do, I will be here to support and encourage you as you uncover the layers, gain clarity and begin to confidently move forward in your life.

I offer free consultations to first time clients, regardless of the package purchased- I like to have a discussion and get to know you, and have you get to know me before comitting to anything.
A la carte coaching sessions (pay per session) are $100. These are free form sessions in which we discuss whatever is on your mind.
Packages range in price from $350- $1700 and increase based on the amount of prepaid coaching sessions you choose. Packages also include personality and values assessments, as well as a welcome package that includes pens, a journal, planner and starter exercises to help clarify your needs and goals.
