About me
I became a life coach because I felt called to help others who feel stuck, passion-less, overwhelmed, and confused about their purpose. I feel inspired by own story of overcoming depression, anxiety & failure. After finishing my graduate degree in counseling and having 2 children, I realized that the career I had been working so hard for was not at all what I wanted. I worked full-time and felt as though I was helping no one. My gifts were not being used. I had a "life is hard" mentality and I had no idea how to turn it around. While my life looked great from the outside, inside I was suffering and lost. I felt like they things I felt called to do and the dreams I had brewing inside me were impossible. My health, relationships, and self-worth were at a low point. Gradually I began to discover truths that I had never heard before that helped me heal and uncover what my soul was trying to tell me. I could finally see what I was called to do: guide others toward the same transformation. My goal is to help you become your own guide. To honor your authentic truth, remember who you came to this earth to be so you can grow and thrive. I believe in everyone's ability to guide themselves. You have everything you need within you - you just need to uncover it and learn to trust and love yourself.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I love sharing and teaching. I am highly sensitive and intuitive coach, so my first goal is to clarify who you are and what your energy type is. I love to listen, but I always want YOU to listen to yourself. I will support you and guide you through the process and give you the right type of homework for your energy type. What you get out of coaching with me is what you allow.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I studied psychology, art and counseling for many years with the goal of becoming a therapist. Once I worked as a therapist with children and adults, I found that working within the healthcare and social services fields was not a match for how I was being called to serve others. As a coach, I can use my professional skills and training combined with my unique gifts to serve others in the best way possible.
