About me

Hi, I’m Pamela C. King and I am the Founder and Principal of Pamela C. King Consulting, LLC.

I believe in the power of perseverance and I show women how to shatter glass ceilings and breakthrough barriers without guilt, shame, or fear!

They learn how to align their vision, voice, and values with their authentic style of leadership so that they are confident in their abilities, valued for their contributions, and empowered by their choices.

I served over 20 years in the United States Air Force as a Professional Military Education Instructor, Master Resilience Trainer, and Victim Advocate. I founded a nonprofit to provide peer support and critical life skills to sexual assault and domestic violence survivors by leaning into my own survivor experiences. I was also the regional director of a national nonprofit, teaching community and business leaders how to listen with empathy and lead with compassion.

These experiences allowed me to advocate and equip leaders around the world with the leadership, communication, and resilience skills they needed to achieve their vision of success.

ONLINE COACHING

Bold Goals Coaching is a 6-month coaching program that includes goals setting, strategy development, action planning, accountability, and progress reviews.

Clients also receive, at no additional costs, one 15-minute phone call per month and virtual support from monthly newsletters, special event invitations, and exclusive email access for Q&A responses.
