I find people and their stories fascinating. I am open minded and enjjoy learning from various religions and sources. I know that there is so much more potential and ability in each and every one of us than many of us can even imagine. I coach by providing worksheets, listening, and setting obtainable goals.
I offer private coaching that is ongoing. The time frame depends on the individual. However, One could complete it within three months fairly easily. The sessions last 1 hour each. There is a total of 15 sessions.
My online coaching is similar to my private coaching as far as the number and length of sessions.
As noted previously I have a degree in Psychology and Education, which I feel prepares me greatly for assisting others. I have also had a lot of experiences in life that help me relate to most anything.

At this time, I am offering the low rate of $25.00/hour. I want everyone to have access to improving their lives and feel this rate would enable people from all socioeconomic backgrounds to take advantage of my services.
