HOW I LIKE TO COACH
Coaching with me is collaboration between two peers, coach & client, to guide you to reaching your maximum living potential. I believe as your coach that you already possess what it takes inside to reach your most sought goals, but that you may be experiencing blocks that keep you feeling stuck and immobile. I am here to ease you past these stumbling blocks and to enhance your natural abilities, allowing you to achieve beyond your wildest imagination. My expertise lies in helping you to get what you want out of your life by building your skills, motivation, confidence, and proving invaluable information and direction.

PRIVATE COACHING
Private coaching sessions are a 1-on-1 experience, and powerful tool for breaking through barriers and reaching a better "you." Together, we formulate concise life goals and a concrete plan for achievement of goals or specific problem solving, as well as building motivation and drive through concrete positive techniques. We utilize the creativity, talent, and knowledge that you already possesses to enrich the journey to achievement while identifying and avoiding your usual stumbling blocks.
-Sessions are 50 minutes in length and the following packages are available:
"Individual a la carte sessions"- 50 minutes, as needed, pay per visit. $150
"Four Week Fix" - Concise problem solving & decision making, four 50 minute sessions. Consecutive, Weekly. $500
"Make a Change, Meet a Goal" - Plan, implement, & meet your goal, create lasting change. Eight 50 minutes sessions, Consecutive, Weekly or Biweekly. $880
"180 Degrees" - Impeccably plan and execute several goals, solve existing problems, address barriers, maintain motivation long term, achieve beyond your wildest dreams. Fifteen 50 minutes sessions, Consecutive, Weekly or Biweekly. $1575
"Post Package Maintenance" - For those who have completed a package previously, intermittent motivation, accountability & upkeep of changes. 50 minutes, As needed. $95
"10 a la carte sessions" - Do not need to be consecutive, used as needed, lower session cost - $1000
ONLINE COACHING
I offer online coaching for those that are unable to see me privately due to a busy schedule or being away from my local area. Live sessions are 50 minutes, 1-on-1 and include all features of a private face-to-face session.
For the even busier client, electronic coaching is also available. We utilize e-mail correspondence and course material/home study to help you to achieve your coaching goals. This way you can work on your own timeline!
Short courses or group coaching
Group coaching sessions are available and offered monthly to individuals in the Rochester, NY area. Sessions are normally 1.5-2 hours in length and begin at $95 per group. Please inquire for details.

Ongoing training

I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Life Coach, Nutrition Consultant & Researcher, and independent business owner. I have nearly 10 years of experience in the helping professions and have worked in a variety of settings and with a variety of populations. I am intimately familiar with achievement and the challenges one must overcome to reach their maximum potential. I also have a deep understanding of self care techniques and work/life balance, which I aim to pass on to every client I work with, in addition to achievement knowledge.
